When looking for couples rehab in Florida, check the exact treatment site before you pay or travel. We have not yet checked any Florida centers directly.
Find Florida programs
Use FindTreatment.gov to search by location. Ask each program whether it can assess both partners and whether care takes place at the same site.
Use our program search guide and admissions checklist to record answers.
Check a Florida DCF license
The Florida Department of Children and Families provides a substance use provider search. Use it to check the legal provider name, exact site, and licensed services.
Check whether the proposed service is listed for that location. A provider may have several sites with different licenses. A license does not confirm shared rooms or couples therapy.
Ask about partners and rooms
Ask whether partners can attend together, whether bedrooms are shared, and who provides joint therapy. Confirm that each person can talk privately with staff.
Ask what happens if one partner needs more medical care or leaves early. Read about couples detox and behavioral couples therapy for questions to discuss with clinicians.
Payment and admissions safeguards
Get a written cost estimate for each person. Call your insurer using the number on your card to check the exact provider and proposed services. Read our cost and insurance guide.
Ask who owns any referral line and whether it receives payment for referrals. Do not let an offer of travel, housing, or gifts rush your decision. We do not assess whether a particular offer is lawful. Report concerns to the state licensing agency.
Public help and aftercare
Contact SAMHSA at 1-800-662-4357 for help finding treatment. Ask if each partner qualifies for help. Check which beds are open and how to pay.
If you need housing after care, check the home’s rules and costs directly. Our sober living guide and relationships guide can help you prepare questions.
