Rehab for Two is an independent guide to couples addiction treatment in the United States. We help spouses and partners learn how joint recovery works. We show what care costs and how to choose safe programs.

We do not run a call center. We do not sell patient leads. We take no money from facilities.

Our mission

When two partners face addiction, finding honest facts is hard. Many websites sell phone calls to the highest bidder. They send callers to centers that pay for placements.

Rehab for Two gives couples clear facts without sales pressure. We show readers how to check whether centers admit couples. We explain when partners can share a room. We explain when separate care is safer. We help readers ask about costs and health plan coverage.

Editorial rules

Our guides follow strict research rules:

  1. We use data from federal health groups. These include SAMHSA and NIDA. We also use peer-reviewed medical journals.
  2. We aim to cite primary sources next to claims. Draft clinical guides still need a full source review.
  3. We do not make claims without proof. We do not publish loose success numbers.
  4. We write in plain words. Health choices are hard enough. Every guide aims for an eighth-grade reading level or lower.
  5. We put safety first. We state clearly when couples care is not safe. This includes any home with abuse, threats, or control.

Facility listing status

We do not yet have documented, direct verification of individual facilities. No facility is currently presented as independently verified. Our program search guide links to official directories and explains how to check admissions policies yourself.

Before publishing a listing, we plan to record the exact location, licensing source, admission policy, method of confirmation, and date. Website claims will be labeled separately from direct confirmation. Our target is to recheck published listings every 90 days. Facilities cannot pay for inclusion.

Independence

Rehab for Two follows strict ethical rules:

  • We never take referral fees.
  • We do not run a sales hotline.
  • We do not sell your personal details to treatment centers.
  • Listing a center on our site is always free.

Clinical review

These guides have not yet been reviewed by a named licensed clinician. They are educational drafts, not medical advice. We will credit a reviewer and record the scope and date when clinical review is complete. Treatment and medication decisions belong with your care team.
